Join our growing logistics operations in San Jose, California, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to support our warehouse functions. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will contribute to maintaining an organized and safe work environment while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks and containers as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all logistics and shipping guidelines to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
