Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Accurately stock items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements or system directives.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all logistics best practices.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently, including the correct use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
