Responsibilities include conducting regular physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies between system data and physical stock, and identifying root causes of errors. You will collaborate with receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment teams to maintain seamless operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of inventory management best practices, and proficiency with warehouse management software. This role requires proactive problem-solving and the implementation of strategies to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage. Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount, and all employees are required to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE. The ability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs consistently is necessary.
