Job Summary:
Our Minneapolis, Minnesota location is looking for dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associates to be the backbone of our logistics operations. This role is critical for managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to Safety are essential. This is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the logistics team to maintain operational efficiency. We prioritize a safe workplace, and adherence to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE, is non-negotiable. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Stock received items in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Support overall logistics functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or a warehouse environment.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting and moving of materials.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Must be able to wear and utilize all required PPE.
