Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and move incoming materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment safely.
- Stock materials in designated areas, maintaining proper organization.
- Assist with order picking and preparation for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience with manual material handling equipment is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse functions and logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety and willingness to use PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
