Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Assemble kitted or bundled products as required.
- Prepare shipments for various carriers, applying correct labels.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Follow all PPE requirements and safety protocols diligently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment as needed.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
- Proficiency in lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse or fulfillment center operations.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Strict adherence to all safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
