Responsibilities:
- Process outbound orders, ensuring all paperwork is accurate.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Coordinate with carriers for freight pickup and delivery.
- Verify contents against order documentation.
- Maintain shipping logs and update tracking information.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular checks of shipping supplies and equipment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively both independently and within a team. Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to wear required PPE.
