We are expanding our operations in Des Moines, Iowa, and are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team. This role is key to the success of our logistics network, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient and safe handling of goods. The Distribution Center Associate will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We place a high priority on Safety and expect all associates to strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 70 pounds. Responsibilities include operating various warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring order fulfillment speed and precision, and keeping the work area clean and organized. You will be part of a collaborative team, working together to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
