We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse inventory. This role is central to our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing discrepancies. The Inventory Control Specialist will implement and refine inventory control procedures, conduct regular audits, and resolve any stock-related issues. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a thorough understanding of inventory best practices are essential. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering; all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position may require occasional moderate Lifting. Key responsibilities include performing cycle counts, investigating and reconciling inventory variances, managing stock rotation, and analyzing inventory data to support operational efficiency. You will collaborate with warehouse supervisors and management to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
