Our bustling distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for a dedicated Material Handler to manage the movement of goods within the facility. As a Material Handler, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network by safely and efficiently handling materials. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. You will be responsible for operating material handling equipment, loading and unloading trucks, and organizing inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklifts or other warehouse machinery, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Adherence to all company policies regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities include transporting materials to and from designated areas, assisting with order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of our distribution operations.
