We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and carefully prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for retrieving items from inventory, verifying quantities, and then packing them securely to prevent damage during transit. This position is a key part of our logistics process, requiring speed, accuracy, and a commitment to quality. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial for efficiency and Safety. Adherence to all company Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of provided PPE is expected. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order details.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure product safety.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, contributing to overall logistics flow.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive Lifting throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic Safety principles in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
