Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Orlando, Florida! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll be instrumental in our logistics chain, handling products from receipt to shipment. Key duties include picking items for orders, carefully packing them to ensure safe delivery, and preparing them for outbound transportation. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed is essential. You will also play a role in inventory management, helping to keep our stock levels up-to-date and organized. A strong focus on Safety and adherence to all warehouse procedures is required. We value teamwork and offer a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting Safety.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, including PPE requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Must be capable of consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks involving Lifting for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to Safety standards and procedures.
