We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This role is integral to our logistics operations, encompassing a variety of essential warehouse tasks. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. The successful candidate will be reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be part of a fast-paced team, working collaboratively to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. While prior warehouse experience is helpful, we provide thorough training to all new associates. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent lifting of items. We maintain a strong focus on safety, and adherence to all company safety guidelines and the use of appropriate PPE is mandatory.   • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
  • Place stock in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
  • Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety regulations and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
  • Perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist with inventory control procedures, such as cycle counts.
  • Work effectively with other team members to meet productivity goals.
  • Report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
