While prior warehouse experience is helpful, we provide thorough training to all new associates. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent lifting of items. - Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Place stock in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with inventory control procedures, such as cycle counts.
- Work effectively with other team members to meet productivity goals.
- Report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
