Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! This dynamic role is essential for the successful processing and shipment of customer orders. You will work hands-on with products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order fulfillment cycle, a key component of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Package products securely and safely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup, ensuring proper organization.
- Receive and sort incoming inventory, preparing it for stocking.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Always use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet daily fulfillment and logistics targets.
- Be prepared for tasks involving regular lifting and movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is critical.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist others.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse processes is a plus.
