We are looking for a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our logistics team in Austin, Texas. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the intake of all incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the receiving process. Your duties will include unloading deliveries, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately documenting all received items. Proper handling and storage of incoming inventory are key to maintaining organized warehouse operations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials into the distribution center. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including lifting, are essential. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; therefore, all Receiving Clerks must strictly adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
