Safety is paramount, and all associates are required to wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including those related to safe Lifting. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Support the smooth functioning of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
