Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counting and physical audits.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, process adjustments, and generate reports.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Oversee the organization and storage of inventory to maximize space and accessibility.
  • Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to inventory processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
  • Commitment to using appropriate PPE at all times.
