Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock materials into designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular checks.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets.
- Perform physical tasks including significant Lifting and movement of goods.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management principles.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
