Join our thriving logistics operations in Kansas City, Missouri, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This involves navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. Attention to detail is key to prevent shipping errors and maintain customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety regulations, and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ability to perform repetitive tasks and moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs, is essential for this role.
