Our Boise, Idaho branch is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring efficient workflow for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Your duties include managing inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. A deep understanding of warehouse logistics and best practices is essential. Maintaining a high standard of workplace safety is critical, and you will be responsible for enforcing all safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring proper use of PPE by all staff. This role may involve occasional manual tasks, including lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in warehouse management software.
