Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Austin, Texas. This position is key to ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items match order specifications.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent cycle counting and stock checks.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any order discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
  • Capability to handle physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in using scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to a safe work environment and the correct use of PPE.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
