Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise, verifying quantities against orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required), safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the distribution center, ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the correct and consistent use of PPE.
- Perform physical tasks involving consistent Lifting, moving, and organizing of products.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks to maintain the flow of goods.
- Follow all guidelines related to the logistics and movement of inventory.
- Identify and report any damaged items, discrepancies, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Ensure all order fulfillment processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work atmosphere.

A strong understanding of Safety procedures and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
