Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Transport materials to and from various warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Stock and organize inventory, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Pick and prepare materials for outgoing orders and shipments.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory procedures.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
