You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse locations and carefully packing them for shipment. This position plays a vital role in our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This position requires physical agility, including the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Inspect picked items for quality and correctness.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages with correct shipping information.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workstation.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize scanning devices and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Meet individual and team performance goals for picking and packing.
- Support overall warehouse operations and contribute to efficient logistics .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking/packing role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Ability to perform tasks involving Lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
