Job Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Dallas, Texas. This role is pivotal in our logistics network, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders from receipt to dispatch. You will engage in a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and productive workplace, providing comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires physical dexterity and stamina, including the ability to perform significant Lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment requests.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order details and shipping information.
  • Stage prepared orders for shipment.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all Safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks, including significant Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding and adherence to Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
