You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory management. This position requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Your work will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability and minimizing stock errors. We maintain a high standard for workplace safety; adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory, and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided. While primarily an analytical role, there may be instances requiring physical movement of stock, including lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally. You will work closely with various departments, including receiving, shipping, and operations, to maintain accurate inventory records. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills is essential. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
