Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! This position is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be actively involved in all facets of our fulfillment operations, from receiving incoming goods to preparing them for shipment. Our distribution center is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, and we seek individuals who share this dedication. Your daily tasks will include receiving and inspecting inventory, stocking products, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and processing shipments. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for both safety and productivity. This role requires a good level of physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting, stand for long periods, and move around the warehouse. A sharp eye for detail is crucial for minimizing errors in inventory management and order fulfillment. We provide comprehensive training on all aspects of our operations and equipment, so a willingness to learn is essential. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous. You will be expected to strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Understanding and adherence to safety practices.
