We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to manage the inflow of goods at our Austin, Texas facility. As a key member of our Logistics department, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming inventory. This includes verifying shipments against purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies or damages, and ensuring all items are properly logged into our inventory management system. Your duties will also involve organizing received goods, preparing them for put-away, and maintaining an orderly receiving area. Upholding strict Safety protocols is paramount, and you will be expected to utilize appropriate PPE at all times. The role requires a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moderate Lifting. You will work closely with the inventory and shipping teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse. Proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary for data entry.
