Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Package orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and properly use all mandated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Capability to handle significant Lifting and moving of inventory.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
