We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Chicago, Illinois. This position is integral to our logistics and distribution operations, requiring a versatile and reliable individual. You will be involved in a range of tasks including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all established protocols, including the correct use of PPE. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Your contribution will directly impact the success of our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare shipments by labeling and organizing packages.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and physical activity.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Support the overall logistics process and contribute to team goals.
