We have an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler in our Dallas, Texas distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse logistics. You will be responsible for the physical movement of goods, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks that involve significant Lifting. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to strictly adhere to safety regulations and utilize the provided PPE. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn. Experience with warehouse equipment and a general understanding of logistics processes are advantageous. We are committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive. Your role is vital in ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular checks on equipment and report any issues.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting procedures.
- Wear and use all required PPE diligently.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
- Support the logistics team in daily operations and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement.
