Join our fast-paced Fulfillment Associate team in Sacramento, California, where you will play a key role in processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and auditing orders, ensuring that each item is correctly identified, packaged securely, and ready for dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy are paramount to our customer satisfaction. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. A strong emphasis is placed on **Safety** and adherence to all company policies and procedures. This role involves significant **Lifting** of packages and requires individuals who are physically capable and motivated. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and processes, and **PPE** will be provided and is mandatory. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a critical function within our **Logistics** network. Responsibilities include receiving goods, stocking shelves, managing inventory within your work area, and collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
