You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving merchandise, accurately picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this position relies on your ability to maintain high levels of productivity while upholding strict quality and safety standards. We operate in a dynamic logistics environment, and attention to detail is critical. You'll be expected to handle products with care and adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and utilize all mandatory PPE.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and diligent use of PPE.
