Therapist owned and operated for over 20 years, Synergy Healthcare for Kids strives to provide the highest quality therapeutic services rooted in well-researched, evidence-based approaches. Through individualized therapy practices, comprehensive evaluations and tailor-made treatment plans we provide opportunities for our children and families to realize their highest potential for long-term health, happiness and well-being through the support and growth of their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive needs.
We are located in a 3200 square foot building containing a very large gym with an abundance of equipment and toys, an art room, sensory room, and a big outdoor play space used year round. There are also several smaller rooms for quiet 1 on 1 activities. Age ranges served are 0 to 18 years.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree or higher from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program (Required) or Accredited COTA Program
* New Graduates and COTA's are Welcome to Apply
* Idaho Occupational Therapy License or eligible
* Strong Clinical Interpersonal Skills

*Responsibilities*
* Assess and evaluate patients' needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills and functional abilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
* Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress.
* Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and documentation standards.
* Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment strategies for diverse patient populations, including those with disabilities and autism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $55.00 per hour
