Salary Range: $ $33.20 per hour pending experience + Super

Join our team as a School Officer at Holy Spirit Catholic School, Cranbrook  

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer – Assisting Student Learning  to join our team in a Fixed-Term, Term-Time position for the 2026 school year, working 25 hours per week across 5 days.

In this vital role, you'll provide individualised support for students, including PEG feeding and toileting while also nurturing curiosity and a love of learning in the classroom. Working under the guidance of teachers, you'll assist students with their individual learning goals, enhance engagement and participation, and help create an inclusive and supportive environment.

With patience, empathy, and understanding, you'll build strong connections with students -supporting their confidence, wellbeing, and growth. You'll collaborate closely with teachers to monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and provide meaningful feedback that encourages every learner to thrive.

Guided by Catholic values, you'll embrace the school's mission, prioritise student safety and wellbeing, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment where every learner feels they belong.
