Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary

• Oversee the execution of all food, beverage, and general supply receiving operations.
• Ensure delivery accuracy against purchase orders, quality standards, and storage requirements.
• Maintain receiving documentation and perform daily entries in procurement systems.
• Manage ordering processes and maintain accurate tracking of commitments and spend.
• Verify product pricing for accurate inventory valuation and cost of sales.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Partners to ensure vendor and product compliance.
• Recommend opportunities to leverage seasonal purchasing, volume buys, and vendor pricing for maximum cost savings.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of receiving and storage areas.
• Conduct and reconcile monthly inventories for F&B outlets.
• Provide mid-month F&B cost updates and analysis for accurate forecasting.
• Analyze daily and monthly F&B cost performance, identify variances, and suggest corrective actions.
• Support month-end close, including inventory valuation, consumption reporting, and invoice verification.
• Audit internal controls for transfers, voids, discounts, and wastage logs.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of receiving operations and contribute to maintaining high-quality food and beverages.
