Nyhammer Solutions Ltd is looking for an analytical and solution-focused Senior Business Analyst to join our team at the Electric Works in Sheffield. *Key Responsibilities*
* Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
* Analyze and map current state business processes; design and document future state improvements.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate proposed solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and presentations to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
* Manage change requests and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
* Act as a liaison between client teams and internal development/project teams to ensure alignment.
*Requirements*
* 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a consultancy or technology environment.
* Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis (Excel, SQL is a plus).
* Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* BCS certification or similar business analysis qualification is advantageous.
