*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.

* Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver physical therapy interventions.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
* Provide support in acute care settings as needed.
