*What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate and treat orthopedic, soft-tissue, and post-traumatic injuries.
* Build and adjust individualized care plans.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Physicians, Interventional Pain Doctors, and other networked specialists for complete patient care.
* Educate and empower patients with home exercise programs.

Auto-injury rehab sometimes gets unfairly labeled as a “dirty” corner of the industry, filled with patients who aren’t really hurt. That’s not who we are, and it’s not who we treat. At AITC, we care for patients who have *genuine, medically verified injuries* from auto accidents. The vast majority of these patients are hard-working, motivated people who just want to get back to their lives, their families, and their work. Every case is backed by diagnostic imaging and a clear treatment plan, so your skills are always put toward *necessary, effective, and rewarding rehab* — never unnecessary visits or meaningless paperwork.
Every patient is backed by *objective diagnostics* such as MRIs and X-rays, so your treatment plans are built on clear medical evidence, not guesswork. You won’t waste your skills on unnecessary visits or “fluff” treatments — everything we do is medically necessary and carefully documented.
In our setting, you’ll see *measurable progress week after week*. You’ll celebrate milestones with patients as they get back to work, back to their families, and back to the activities they thought they’d lost. You’ll have the *time, resources, and autonomy* to practice PT the right way — 45-minute one-on-one sessions.
This is a role for therapists who want to do *meaningful, hands-on work* with patients who are ready to put in the effort, supported by a *full multidisciplinary team* that includes MDs, networked specialists, medical massage therapists, and case managers. Together, we remove barriers to recovery so you can focus on what you do best: restoring movement, function, and quality of life.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
