Sprouted Sage provides intensive early intervention for children ages 6 and under diagnosed with autism. Our team includes SLPs, BCBAs, OTs, social workers, and educators. We focus on functional communication, social and adaptive skills, emotional regulation, play, motor development, and sensory needs in a nurturing, play-based, preschool-like environment with dedicated therapy spaces and large outdoor play areas.

*Key Responsibilities: *
* Conduct evaluations and ongoing Occupational Therapy
* Develop personalized treatment plans with family involvement
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* Document services in a timely and accurate manner
* Participate in ongoing training and development
*Qualifications: *
* Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Michigan OT license Pediatric experience preferred (especially early childhood/autism)
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Ability to engage in active, play-based therapy
* Ability to participate in daily activities with young children, including moving between floor and standing positions, and engaging in light physical activity such as walking, quick transitions, and active play.
* Must pass state and federal background checks
*Schedule:*
* *Full-Time:* Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* *Part-Time:* Flexible weekday hours available

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
