Bar Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience. This involves leading a team of bartenders and barbacks in maintaining recipe consistency, portion control, and quality standards across all bar stations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
• Coordinating with the floor team to optimize guest flow and ensure timely service.
• Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Providing real-time feedback and coaching to team members to promote professional growth and development.

Additionally, the Bar Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. They will also collaborate with senior management to develop new cocktails, mocktails, wine offerings, and spirits selections.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Bar Manager, Head Bartender, or similar position.
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
