Experienced Sushi Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced sushi professional to join our team in Boston.

This is a key position within our kitchen, responsible for delivering exceptional sushi experiences to our guests.

• Prepare high-quality sushi dishes using established recipes and standards.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.
• Handle, slice, and present fish and other ingredients with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and adhere to food safety regulations.

• 1-2 years experience as a sushi cook or similar role is required.
• In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
• Strong knife skills and precision when handling raw fish and other ingredients.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Morning availability is required, with a 7am start time.
