Executive Pastry Artist

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry department, including the creation, preparation, production and baking of all pastries and desserts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team. They will also be well-versed in modern and creative techniques and have a passion for delivering high-quality food products.

• Oversee and participate in the creation, preparation, production and baking of all pastries and desserts.
• Ensure items are prepared according to recipe standards.
• Inspect food quality and preparation.
• Comply with proper food quality and storage procedures.

• 2-3 years of fine dining (or upscale) experience.
• Strong organization and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced/high volume environment.
