• We seek an exceptional team lead who can develop and maintain a creative store layout and product merchandising, working closely with the management team to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.

• This role involves assisting the manager in analyzing sales reports and labor metrics, while demonstrating advanced product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good vendor relationships, developing new vendor partnerships, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted for processing.

• In addition to these tasks, the Store Team Lead will work with the manager to resolve team concerns or issues, serve as a point person and departmental leader in their absence, and set high standards for retail execution.

• Fostering a positive work environment, outstanding teamwork, and exceptional morale are essential aspects of this role.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Selecting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and counseling team members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover are key responsibilities.

• Timely performance evaluations and consistent communication of company vision and goals are also critical components of this position.
