We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume kitchens, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Line Leadership:
• Work on the line every shift to set the pace and ensure efficient service
• Call tickets and coordinate timing between stations to maintain smooth operations
• Inspect every plate before leaving the window to ensure quality and presentation
• Multi-Station Proficiency:
• Be proficient in grill, fryer, cold, and expo stations to maintain versatility and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Prep & Organization:
• Create daily prep lists and assign tasks to team members
• Approve all key prep items, including vegetables, meat, and marinades
• Maintain walk-in organization and portioning to minimize waste and optimize inventory
• Team Leadership:
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Enforce discipline, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the kitchen
• Motivate team members to build a positive and productive work culture
• Kitchen Operations:
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize supplies
• Receive deliveries and inspect quality to ensure consistency
• Report shortages or equipment issues to management promptly
