As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff


• Managing inventory, labor costs, and scheduling


• Ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt response to guest requests and resolving issues efficiently


• Developing and implementing effective training programs for staff


• Maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance


• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and menu offerings


• Collaborating with other department heads to achieve overall company goals

Requirements for this role include:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment


• Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving customer satisfaction ratings


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays


• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills

Our restaurant offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience.
