Store Operations Leader

The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of associates, ensuring seamless store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a team of associates to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets;
• Developing and maintaining creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies;
• Analyzing sales data, reports, and labor metrics to inform strategic decisions;
• Maintaining strong vendor relationships and negotiating contracts;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;

To succeed as a Store Operations Manager, you'll need:

• A strong background in retail operations, with 18+ months of experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience;
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with associates, vendors, and customers;

This role requires:
