Host Service Leader

Maydan Market is a unique dining and event experience where rich traditions converge with exceptional hospitality. As an Assistant Maitre D', you will play a key role in leading the host stand at our restaurant, ensuring that guests have a positive and respectful experience.

• Lead the host stand and ensure that all team members are following company SOPs
• Monitor the guest experience at the table during service and provide feedback as necessary
• Understand and continuously observe, evaluate, and correct all aspects of the guest experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Three years of experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge of global food, spirits, and wine
• Strong background in reservation platforms, phone customer service, and restaurant host skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
• High-level organizational skills with multi-tasking capabilities

This role requires the ability to work 8-hour plus shifts, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs, and withstand changes in temperature, steam, and heat.
