Expert Sushi Artist

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing sushi items while maintaining all safety and sanitation standards.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for cooking and preparing sushi items, maintaining the sushi station, and ensuring quality and pars of prepared fish.
• The successful candidate will store, label, and date all fish products according to policy, maintain consistency in fish portioning, display knife, filleting, cooking, and prepping skills, and display professional guest service and interaction at the sushi bar.
• Safety is our top priority, and the ideal candidate will safely operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, communicate equipment needs/maintenance requests to management, and assist in properly storing ingredients and deliveries according to sanitation guidelines.

1. The chef will uphold all standards of quality in food production for prep and service by following standardized recipes and ensure proper sanitation standards are upheld by maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following proper FIFO procedures, and maintaining good personal hygiene.
