Responsibilities
  • Lead ordering, inventory management, and prep planning to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Forecast production needs and align with cooks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house on inventory and daily operations to maintain seamless service.
Service
  • Direct griddle and fryer stations during service to maintain high-quality food presentation.
  • Ensure mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet standards for consistent results.
  • Manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo to prevent errors.
  • Uphold cleanliness, consistency, and food safety to maintain a healthy work environment.
Leadership
  • Partner with Chef de Cuisine on daily operations to achieve shared goals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members to develop their skills.
  • Model professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen to set a positive example.

We believe strong cooking fundamentals are essential for great leadership. Knife skills, mise en place discipline, and consistency in execution come first — but equally important are advanced communication skills.
