- Forecast production needs and align with cooks to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house on inventory and daily operations to maintain seamless service.
- Direct griddle and fryer stations during service to maintain high-quality food presentation.
- Ensure mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet standards for consistent results.
- Manage tickets and maintain clear communication across the line while leading expo to prevent errors.
- Uphold cleanliness, consistency, and food safety to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Partner with Chef de Cuisine on daily operations to achieve shared goals.
- Delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members to develop their skills.
- Model professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen to set a positive example.
